[1.13c HC FAM FTS] FT: HC Ber, ISO: SC runes

[1.13c HC FAM FTS]

REQUIRED READING: This rune has a complicated history, so if you are interested, PLEASE read it and understand where the rune is coming from.

FT: HC Ber

ISO: SC rune equivalent value

Code:
Ber Rune
Can be Inserted into Socketed Items

Weapons: 20% Chance of Crushing Blow
Helms: Damage Reduced by 8%
Armor: Damage Reduced by 8%
Shields: Damage Reduced by 8%

Required Level: 63
Item Version: 1.10+ Expansion

Note: I'd prefer to see the rune get used in hardcore rather than downgrading it. As the vast majority of my HC play is likely to be untwinked, I'm looking for SC runes (or maybe runewords) of equivalent value.

History:

This rune was found during Skunkbelly's Ultimate Tournament Challenge. The final rules and participants start on page 8 or 9, but the general rules of the tournament were that a set of untwinked hardcore characters would be started, and at the end of each act, passed on to another player. As such, anything found by a player is inherently impacted by several other players who had previously held that character.

In particular, I found this rune in the pits in A1 hell. The character I was playing had been previously played by: pwangsta (30), scrcrw (46), smilts (44), Thomh (44), kestegs (36), WoRG (8), cenyth (0), WestXylophone (0), and of course myself (22). Most of these players are fairly well established in the trade forum (I've included profile links and trade forum ratings at time of this post), but some are not. Before making any offer for the rune in question, please make sure you are comfortable with this background. I have run all of this by Thyiad to verify the rune's tradable status, but it is still up to your discretion. If you have any follow-up questions/concerns, please ask.|||Do you accept two Sur Runes, one from HC, and one from SC? Will ofc post trader profile if yes.|||[1.13c HC FAM FTS]

@martin - Sorry for the delayed response, been practically offline this week. I'll think about it, but probably not unless there's somebody interested in the HC Sur. I'd still be stuck trying to swap that one...
