You can have all 5 items you listed if you throw in Shael, Tir and cube the Um before sending it over. All my Horadric cubes are back in 1.07 and I want to leave them there just in case, same as low runes. I hope you don't mind and it's not a biggy.
I feel the need to point out that 1.09 Um is worth about a 1.13 Vex in my opinion, more in the opinion of others. I do think my 5 items balance that trade, but you need to judge that for yourself, and you may not need all 5 of them. In any case, let me know.
To rehash:
- If you want to do [2x 3os PB + Um +Shael + Tir] for [5 pieces of jewelery you listed], it's a go.
