Or you can wait for someone who will offer eth Thresher or other eth Elite polearm. Neat thing about Partizan is you can equip it at level 27 (requires 2 Perfect Amethysts in armor sockets though), Moron can pretty much solo Normal and half of NM from then on.

Choose one, both, or none. Sorry, I run out of other eth elite polearms to trade.
